"We have had State Farm for many years and have gone through several agents in that time, but John was one of the best. "When our brand new van we waited 3 years for was hit when parked & knocked 19 ft back, John &Lisa were there for us every time we had a question or problem. Because of the damage that could not be seen until the body shop started taking it apart, it was 9months before we found out our long awaited van was found to be a total loss. Lisa always got the answer to every question we had throughout this very stressful time. We feel that both John & Lisa are not just our local State Farm people but friends that you can ask & always get honest answers & help from. I would rate them as excellent in both service & caring about their clients."

"I had an insurance policy with Assurant Insurance, which is apparently affiliated with GEICO. Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. They continued to charge me for two consecutive months, even though I had paid the annual premium upfront. The customer service was terrible, and I was unable to reach them at all. As a result, I decided to terminate my relationship with them today and also filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General's office. Naturally, I needed to find a new insurance provider. I contacted the State Farm office in Edmonds (Josh Schmick's office) and was pleasantly surprised by the promptness and professionalism of their service. Additionally, their quote was slightly lower than my previous one. Thank you."
